Privacy Policy

Effective July 2, 2026. The short version: we collect what the product needs to work, we don’t sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it any time.

1. What we collect

Account details — your email address and sign-in method (email link, password, or Google). Brand kit — what you give Verity to write in your voice: name, brokerage, service area, phone, license/DRE number, voice notes, style preferences, logos, headshot, and photos you upload. Content — the topics, articles, and text you submit, and the scripts, posts, newsletters, and images Verity generates for you. Billing — handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Newsletter signups — if you grab our free resources or join the email list, we store your email and where you signed up from.

2. How we use it

To run the product: generating your content, personalizing it to your brand, processing payments, and sending the emails you asked for (sign-in links, product emails, and — if you joined the list — our newsletter, which has a one-click unsubscribe in every footer). We also use aggregate usage to fix bugs and improve features. We do not sell your personal information.

3. AI processing

When you generate content, your inputs (topic, pasted text, brand details, uploaded images) are sent to the AI providers that power Verity — large-language-model providers via Vercel’s AI Gateway for writing, and Fal for images — solely to produce your output. Under the commercial terms we use, these providers do not train their models on your inputs.

4. Who processes data for us

Verity runs on a small set of service providers: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (accounts, database, file storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), AI model providers (generation, above), and Meta (advertising measurement, below). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

5. Cookies and advertising

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. Our marketing pages also load the Meta Pixel, which helps us measure ads and reach people who visited tellverity.com. The pixel involves Meta setting cookies and receiving page-visit events from your browser. If you’d rather not be tracked this way, browser settings, content blockers, and Meta’s ad preferences all work against it.

6. How long we keep things

Account data and content stay while your account is active, so your library is there when you come back. Cancelled accounts keep their data so you can resubscribe without starting over — unless you ask us to delete it, in which case we do.

7. Your choices and rights

You can see and edit your brand kit in the app, unsubscribe from marketing email with one click, and email us to get a copy of your data or have your account and data deleted. California residents: we honor access and deletion requests under the CCPA, and we don’t sell personal information. To exercise any of these, email tellverity.support@gmail.com.

8. Security

Data lives with established providers (Supabase, Vercel, Stripe) using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure — if a breach ever affects your data, we’ll tell you promptly.

9. Not for kids

Verity is a professional tool for licensed real estate agents. It isn’t directed at anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes to this policy

If our data practices change materially, we’ll update this page and give notice by email or in the app before the changes take effect.
